Yup. If you look at the picture attached to my post at the top, 8sms has an option to enable MMS over WIFI. Only works for carriers that support it and luckily Bluegrass does.

Works for me on 8sms. Even works on my Fascinate that doesn't have service.

Third party apps won't work until they add the support for the X-MDN setting that Bluegrass requires. 8sms is currently working on it. Compare your MMS settings from Evolve with the attached screenshot from 8sms. Notice the missing option for Extra http headers.

All stock apps work fine. Is there anything else I'm supposed to change in the MMS settings other than adding Bluegrass' MMSC?

It's also on Bluegrass. Under Settings > About, the model is just HTC One_M8. But it's completely stock/untouched. It should already have its APNs, shouldn't it?

Today I tried 3rd party apps on a stock unrooted HTC One M8. Wouldn't work. First, 8sms complained about the APN not being set. So, I went and set the MMSC to http://m.iot1.com/bluegrass/mms.php and then it would say "Service not activated on network" when you tried to send MMS.

Like the dark theme but the S4 version doesn't have the pop-up quick reply and the S5 still has Call Back #'s for incoming text. Didn't even do the APN restore again but those versions work just fine for MMS.

Yeah the stock app does have the pop-up notification. Somehow I missed it under Notification settings. But I'm definitely going to look and see if anyone has some themed/modded apks. Thanks again for the help.

Yeah, it has an option to detect automatically. The main reason I want a different app is for the pop-up notification for quick reply and also a dark theme.
