How long did yours take to come through? Ordered mine through the same program last Friday and have only had the email saying that all of the details would be checked...

I never found a solution I'm afraid, Sony wanted me to send it in for repair. Luckily i work at the place I got it from so just got it replaced there. Sorry I can't be of more help, it's worried me too much to try it again at the moment though with this new one...

Any other possibilities? I've relocked the bootloader and flashed the ftf from the previous link again and still no luck...

Thanks for the quick reply. Ive got the drivers sorted now and flashtool working, and have flashed the latest generic firmware for my device. Everything went fine, but still experiencing the same problem. Could relocking the bootloader fix the problem, and if so is there an ftf file for it...

Got an Xperis S yesterday and followed the official procedure to unlock the bootloader. Everything went fine, said OKAY at the end of the process but now my phone is stuck in a boot loop! I can get into fastboot and it is responsive, but flashtool mode with the green led also reboots before it...
