Does it enter download mode? Vol Down + Home + Power button. If yes flash with different latest firmware use something like sam mobile to download proper stock firmware regards- dany1849

Root on 5.1.1 is not possible, i had the vodafone uk variant handset Used TowelRoot, Kingo, vroot, Stumproot and all the 100 of one click lg root . you must downgrade regards- dany1849

Post MY imei is different from my original S5
Unless you have made a backup of your original cert files nothing can be done, the shop in Ghana most likely used an IMEI from another handset and wrote it yours during the process this also unlocks your handset afaik .- dany1849
