to answer your question i had freezing in V1 but after clean install v2 it have been working just fine no more freezing and reboot

i had this issue also on stock lollipop i just close all apps and leave it to cool down (Not Rom Related)

Only roms based on stock can be installed on locked bootloader. Custom kernel needs to be compiled using a specific sony key to run on locked bootloader (which we don't know and no way sony will release) Sent from my C6602 using Tapatalk

ok can you just flash 4.4.2 through recovery and don't flash boot.img and try to boot it. also make sure it's a clean install.

because the rom you have is 4.4.4 and you flash a 4.42 kernel so it won't work you have to install the Rom first then Kernel

for FM maybe try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=58366301#post58366301 and to install this rom Just boot to recovery and flash this rom then flash kernel from recovery also and it should boot just fine
