Check your APN settings. I had the same problem but when I checked this setting, my APN was switched. Just switch it back to your carrier and your data should work again.

Hello, I have followed the flashing instructions correctly, but after flashing the rom and gapps, I reboot and the phone keeps booting in fastboot mode and won't let me boot into the rom. I can only access fastboot and twrp. Help needed please. I am coming from CM 13 and I am on ZE551KL. Thank you.
