same here on galaxy ace 2.3.3 kpb firmware tried fat fat32 ext2 ext3 none of them worked

You CANT root ace 2.3 with soc read above there is a root solution dont post questions if you havent read anything Sent from my GT-S5830 using XDA App

i think the problem on galaxy ace is that the card gets unmounted W/Vold ( 87): Duplicate state (1) it stucks on vold 87

connect your phone via usb open an adb shell and type: adb shell rmdir /data/local/tmp adb shell mkdir /data/local/tmp i thought that this issue was solved in version 1.1

FYI i flashed xxkp9 new firmware on galaxy ace found at tsar3000.com and when i run the apk the sd card stays mounted i'll wait to see what happens edit: not working

flashed XXKP9 and its a more stable release than the XXKP8 animations are much more smooth

galaxy ace logcat.txt here is the logcat for galaxy ace using the 1.2 apk it was running for about 12-15 mins
