Thank you for the reply. I have S-ON, I need to get it S-OFF to install Viper I believe. I have tried the ControlBear.exe -f in CMD but it does step 1 and 2 then reboots back to the juopunutbear screen. What tool can I use to flash the recovery_backup.ing in fastboot? Thanks.
