Can anyone suggest best camera with manual controls for shutter speed, iso and all?

I have a hard time choosing between caseology vault and spigen rugged armour. I like how the 'vault' looks but after reading the reviews, I'm slightly worried about the grip. So how is the grip on 'vault'? Will it be better than the spigen rugged armour?
