I faced the same issue as yours. Had RR Rom latest+AGNi and was running smooth until one day it got stuck on boot loop. Tried flashing the samsung stock rom 4.4 but still stuck. But now I got that fixed by replacing my old battery. Now it loads fine. Maybe it's an issue with your battery.

Every time a clean flash is done I have to install every app one by one to bring it to my previous state. Is there a way I don't have to install my apps and restore it back to the previous condition?

My dad has owns this phone and he frequently complains of loss in signal even when his backup phone has full coverage! Tried replacing the sim and got it upgraded to the 4g network still this issue persists. Anybody here know a workaround?
