I never get any signal back after losing it (did a clean flash early Feb I think, and it's been like that since I first installed CM in January). No Xposed, no SuperSU, no custom kernel. I sometimes have to turn airplane mode on then off twice in a row to get it back, which is a bit frustrating...

Erm... Yes indeed, it is. I simply re-formulated what xclub_101 said here, since Chainfire has done exactly what he/she was suggesting (adding a possibility to boot directly to Download mode) right after MOP flashing. And of course, the goal is still to keep Knox 0x0. If this was only about...

It's not asked to wipe data, but I have a habit of doing it whenever I'm upgrading. I'm currently on MJ1 so I know my bootloader is the "safe" one. I probably won't trip Knox flag, I just would have preferred to be sure that everroot+wipe data at the same time had already been successfully done...
