I am using android operating system third time. Before i used nokia phone. I dont really have an idea how to do that. I googled about CyanogenMod and i find they website, i entered my phone model and i downloaded PYRAMYD stable version. What next, how to install it? Maybe there is guild somewhere?

Then why its so laggy?? When i press messages icon i need to wait for 3s, sometimes it takes longer time to open phone book, or even browser. I havnt installed any games on this phone. But i think with games its will be the same. Maybe my processor speed its limited? What doeas cutom recovery...
