They answered after 53 hours. The answer is: I should contact asus europe (im from german speaking area). My phone is under 24 month warranty. After all, I've contacted the asus seller shop, that I want to give my phone back. I dont want to own repaired phone (today is exactly 14 days old)...

I opened RMA ticket, it's benn 50 hours by now and no one contacted me from Asus support (response within 48 hours). Then I've contacted Asus shop and tell them that I want to send the phone back (Phone is 14 day old), no one responses either. That why I'm sayng, Asus is no longer cares about...

Same here. Sometimes 3 times per hour, sometimes during app updates. After factory reset, then wipe/delete all data and cache via recovery, reboots comes not so often but still present, mostly during app updates.

Donation app crashes immediately after Arktube start. Can't register, only free version. Same issue as before and same phone. ZenfoneAR stock, non-rooted, 7.0

Tried all tricks, reboot, reinstall, cache wipe for both arktube and donation package still no luck for ZenfoneAR (android 7.0). Always recognized as a free version of arktube. Icon for video download is there and works. Zenfone 2 Deluxe works like a charm (android 6.0.1), but not with ZenfoneAR
