thanks for the quick response and suggestions i did install the V5 and noticed cosiderable amount of lag during telephony and also the process.android crash bug. uninstalled the gapps and now it is somewhat better then before. but i am not planning to keep it. but do want a 4.1.x or higher rom...

need help regarding miui v5 i have installed miui 2.3.7 v2.3 on my defy, its smooth and working fine. i wanted to ask you, should i go for the 4.2.7 (v5) version? i have downloaded it from miui website and will install the orignal rom. after reading this thread i thought i should ask the OP...
