Is there any way to change the color scheme of the quicksettings panel? It defaults to Black-on-white, but I'd like it to be White-on-black or blue-on-black instead (much easier on the eyes when looking at the phone in the dark).

Nexus 6 running Cataclysm 1/4/16 Stable. But I have this behavior on any ROM I try. Often, when exiting range of a Wi-Fi area (leaving work for example), the LTE antennas do not come online. I see full cellular signal strength, but no LTE icon (or data icon of any kind). I lose cellular data...
