Understood. I can tell you from first hand experience UPS could handle tens of thousands of packages, from a single shipper, and it not even cause a single blip on their daily metrics. There is always some company, shipping a crapload of stuff, every single day. This is nothing new to them...

I don't know if you've ever been on the inside of one of UPS' hubs, but they don't "clog"...they are almost a symphony of precision in how they operate. In college, I worked at the hub in Atlanta for almost three years, on three different shifts...17,000 units is a drop in the bucket for a UPS...

I think you and I are saying the same thing...I think there's a good chance he's legit. My point was that someone was trying to say he was trolling, because UPS has many warehouses, and the poster only mentioned one as the source for all the phones. Then I said that no one has received tracking...

I'm not trying to prove the guy right, but your argument against him isn't compelling. There is not one person in in this thread, that has received shipping information with an origin of any other place, than Louisville, Kentucky. What other warehouses are phones coming from?

The fact that there hasn't been another flood of shipping emails tonight, lends more credibility to what he's saying. I'm inclined to to think he's legit as well.

There's no way to know, with absolute certainty, if this person is trolling or not. However, there has to be a building full of people, that actually saw the devices when they arrived. Whether Google releases the numbers or not, we do have to admit that there ARE people, that are not employed...

I hope the UPS guy is real... You'd have to be one of the lowest forms of life to troll this thread like that.
