I have the verizon g tab x8.3 running 5.0.2 and I have tried both methods. Both go through the process correctly, but I am not rooted. There is no su installed, no busybod and no root app installed. I have installed the drivers for verizon and lg. Could someone tell me if this works on this...

No. I rooted, installed Busybox, paid supersu me pro and used safestrap installer. When i go into safestrap its very laggy..and i cant do anything. and it shows the memory card with 0 space. I have a 64gb card with 54 gb available.

Im running into something i have never seen. When i go into safestrap and try to back up my rom it says: unable to mount external_sd/twrp/twrps when trying to read settngs file updating partition details E unlable to mount internal storage Does any one know what I did wrong, or why it wont...

im on nk2. Followed the directions and flashed the kn2 kernel to get to safestrap. Flashed the rom and it loaded fine. Thank you.

I have a question. Are we allowed to downgrade our phones with firmware without voiding our warranty? No root... I need to call verizon and they may ask me what firmware im running...lol

But If you have the total equipment protection from verizon and your little metal closure over the charger port breaks, its covered under that warranty, and they send you a replacement that just happened to have boc4 on it :angel:

To get to ss don't I have to flash N12 kernel?

I'm running 4.4.4 N12 with safestrap. I have a couple questions. Can I just flash this? And can it be downgraded back to lollipop by flashing N12 Kernel and getting back to safestrap and flash my backup of N12 rom? I flashed it and it's running fine.

Im a little confused. I have flashed roms for quite some time..Im on rooted 4.2.2 N12 with SS. Can someone please tell me in small 1, 2, 3, 4 steps how to get to this rom? I'm scared to try and follow the directions given..thats how confused I am.

Can we downgrade from lollipop to kitkat? I want to go back to 4.4.2. And if so, can someone point me to the correct firmware?

If i flash this rom, do we still have safestrap?
