ONLY if the Verizon Pixel comes with Android 7.1.0 once it's updated to 7.1.1 it can no longer be unlocked EVER even if you rolled back to 7.1.0 it still could not be unlocked because the bootloader becomes patched.

Generally.. if the phone came unopened in the original packaging and box with all it's cords and chargers etc.. then it's new. Refurbished phones come with JUST the phone.. that's all.

I downloaded the 7.1.0 stock image and ran flash-all.bat and it did it's thing but said there was no recovery.img and when I looked in the zip there isn't a recovery.img at all.. I've downloaded a few different images to see if there's any kind of recovery.img and there isn't one.
