I"am not familiar with how the security works on these but on Htc phones which Pixel team is a former Htc team sold to google, the HTC phones an imei has no way of changing without s-off and you need the bootloader unlocked to get s-off, so I would imagine nothing can change as far as imei...

You seem to be the guy to know whats what, could you direct me to on how I can get my MSL number on my sprint U11 to get in to DM mode ? Sorry for asking I just have had nothing but problems and you seem to be the sprint guy that knows whats what with Htc phones.

If you remember to yeah I would as the one guy listed to but who knows if it works it works. I try to remember to because if you can help doing that its worth a try. I"am working great without any bands mod.

That is kind of odd as usually people on stock rom do not have these problems its usually just the people unlocked and on custom roms and flash any mod and the problem rears its ugly head but doing the fix I listed is usually a fix or RUU worse case and your fixed.
