It won't cause any problem. It will force the OS not to encrypt. You will remain encrypted if you don't flash it.

Hi, I'm not able to see lockscreen notifications. I have to go to home screen notification bar too see them. I have clean flashed latest beta 18Sep build. Everything else runs like a champ. Is there any setting I should turn on?

Thanks for the information. I think both Stock and Custom ROM have same signal strength but as you said the signal bars on stock are showing more than it should. I think i'm all ok to use this ROM now :). Thanks for your great work siankatabg

I am experiencing Low 4G network signal on custom ROM's. Has anyone faced this issue. I don't have this issue on Stock ROM as it shows full bars in the same location :). This is the only thing keeps me away from using this ROM daily driver.

Yes, you need to flash stock kernel before flashing any custom kernel or else you could lose wifi signal.
