the default launcher doesn't have those options... Just install lawnchair launcher from playstore.. use that and also install Google app.. you will have the search bar and also screen grid and icon size options in that launcher

okay got your problem, it's your carrier. i can assure you that if you insert your sim into any other volte supported phone, you won't get volte.. 2 possible issues I can think of: ( 1 ). These roms haven't yet added support for your specific carrier. (For example volte for airtel and vodadone...
