Yeah, there will probably be more dev support on the poco but the specs are just not up to the part. No Amoled, notch and no front facing speakers are just the main ones but they are a big deal in my opinion. Then again sony offers one of the best support to their software in terms of update...

I wouldn't, the rom is unstable and hasn't seen any update for more than a month now.

I don't see anything else you could do since adb doesn't seems to work. I'd just RMA it with the warranty still being in effect. And if it was purchased trough amazon you'll probably just get a new one ! (that's what happened to me last time).

ZTE stock camera app (B04) works fine here. Installed directly after the rom and gapps after a full wipe and before the initial boot.

Thanks for the rom ! Full wipe is giving great performance and stability for the moment ! The led bug isn't a bug in my opinion but more of a feature, it's way better to have the led off of rather then be blinded by it when using the phone :D. Didn't have it but i only had two calls. My guess is...
