look friend i searched it and i found and other people you have the same problem with you .... try to download a camera app from the play store for free and see if the problem resists if it resists try to update your phone to a new android version or reflash the version you already have if it is...

look i have a friend that has the same phone with you and also he had a year ago the same problem with you .... the way that he solved this problem was this : he had a 8gb memory card , he removed the card , he closed and opened again the phone without the card , he run the app i mena the camera...
