Thanks for the help Figured I reword my issue in a few ways in a few different threads to try and expedite getting a solution to my problem. :D

I was using 3.12 to flash BRA9 since that is still 7.1.1 then i tried 3.13 and i keep getting stuck at "setup connection" Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk

Any time I try to do anything in Odin it doesn't get passed "setupconnection" i am running a Tmobile Note 8 with BRA9 firmware. I need to get it to something that will take Verizon's network...I'm trying to flash it to Oreo but i cant get out of BRA9. Has anybody had ANY luck with this?

i need help flashing my T-Mobile BLV3 firmware ending in BRA9. I desperately need to switch to Verizon, but I cannot receive their signal with the current firmware...please HELP thank you
