Has anyone tried to install on this rom viper4android? I tried and did not want to work. After downloading and installing the libraries, it asks to restart and still after rebot shows that the libraries have not been installed.

Cos devs don't build roms from beginnig. All custom roms based at stocks. For N7100 there no stock rom 6.0. 4.4.4 fit to hardware of Note 2.
