It probably woun't help, but try rebooting to recovery -> wipe cache, wipe data / factory reset and wipe dalvik cache. If you haven't yet. And when you make a thread like this, provide info about your phone and ROM you're using.

Camera JB+ works with Shpongle, but latest working is v1.1.4 (when it was 4.1 camera). V 2+ (from 4.2 camera) does not :(

When I used CM10 I never deleted DSP Manager, just switched to "Sound Enhancements" in settings. But now I'm on Evervolv. It has stock MusicFX enabled by default, the problem is solved the same way.

When I flashed it started launching default "Music Effects" app (I thought it was new Walkman settings) I needed to change default "MusicFX" settings to "Sound Enhancements" in the device Settings -> Sound -> Music Effects. Then it launched the Walkman's one and it worked.

I have flashed v 4.6 over v4.5 on Evervolv 4.2.2. The equalizer has no effect. Behaves like a view without applying any effects. Yes, I have cleared cache/dalvik. Device HTC One V.
