I have never used Titanium but try to check this, maybe it helps. Go to Settings\Personal\Buttons on "Program Buttons" tab check what is assigned for EndKey and also check setting on "Long Press End Key" tab .

What kind of rom are you using? I'm using 11.Feb 28244 Sencity ROM and GPS works fine Did you downloaded QuickGPS data? Without them, it takes realy long to get GPS running for me.
