lol my bad. I Just realized that I was using FAT32 all the time for CWM& my new card was the issue as I haven't formatted it to FAT32 yet.

Update: It seems that that latest update does not have exFAT support as once I formated my 64gb SD card from exFAT to FAT32 it worked again without any issues. I tried 3 different cards and all have the same conclusion: unmountable when formatted as exFAT and works flawlessly with FAT32.

I never use wifi calling outside of my own secure network. I hope that fix was included in the MB4 update.
