No, LGUP is only for KDZ files. If you want to flash CM13 you need to open your bootloader and flash the ZIPs with TWRP.- Dracoony

There is a difference between data compression (like ZIP) and data reduction (what JPEG uses). Maybe FV5 uses a lower compression ratio, but there is no difference in quality compared to the stock camera APP when using the RAW mode.- Dracoony
