I may be wrong but, I believe the proper steps are nandroid, wipe everything except sd card, reboot recovery, ignore no OS warning & don't install SU, flash, profit. As for the current issue, you may need viper ruu in the dev section. :cool:

Not sure about the PC issue, but if you have a nand or different ROM on your phone's sd card that you know USB tethering works... Flash it, download what you need, nand back. :cool:

Open the album in Apollo and there should be a stick pin icon on the top of the screen. Click the pin and the album is sent to home screen. :cool:
