When you load profile in Governor Options section of the CPU settings you have to set max for both CPUs to their actual maximum, set min for CPU 1 = 384Mhz, CPU 2 = 633Mhz, turn "touchboost" off, set "input boost" to 600Mhz on all LITTLE cores, @ 40ms.
