Dirty flash 14.0 on 11.0 and sbrowser keeps crashing? Any ideas?

errors on 12.2 ive done clean installation of the 12.2 rom the first thing the settings app crashed second when i try to get in to camera it say something like "shutdown usb before running camera" and it dosent recognized my sd card anyone know why???

Can anyone please help me. Do you recognize this unit? And if you do can I install custom Rom on it?? In Israel it's called "Nippon" if it will help you I couldnt find anything about it on the internet

Custom Binary Blocked By FRP Lock help!!!!!!!!!!! im on 11.0 and trying to flash 11.1 this is the first time im resstarting my phone after flashing 11.0 and now my phone wont power on or go into recovery it say "custom binary blocked by FRP lock" what to do???? please
