unix file i resized the images using image resizer by vso and opened the desc.txt with text pad and changed the 480 to 320 in the first line i still get black screen please help

works!!! got it to work on cdma HTC Hero rooted w/ fresh rom 2.3.3, the boot animation works great and is working with sound thank you if anyone needs help with it let me know.:D
