Has anyone noticed that sliding your finger across the top task bar in 4.0 doesn't allow you to adjust the brightness anymore? Sent from my SGH-I777 using xda app-developers app

I'm unable to install it. Keep getting error that the file is bad and process is aborted. Followed the steps in the provided thread and downloaded the file multiple times. You were able to install it?

    Post [RoM][XWLPY-4.0.4-ICS]SHOstock2 v6.2 [11/13/2012](FINAL)

Let me start off first by saying how awesome this ROM is! I'm currently running RC5 and have virtually no complaints. I tried searching this thread and found no issues regarding GPS? I'm currently unable to get a lock. I was wondering if anyone could help me out or had any similar issues?

    Post [ROM][GB][JVO][6/8/2011]►Continuum v5.6◄i897/i896/i9088►Support forum is Live!◄

Haven't seen anybody really having this problem on 5.6..... I'm experiencing serious problems while charging. The phone is completely charged when I wake up and when I pull it off it goes to 70% or so. I know that samsung doesn't let it charge to 100%, drains battery, then charges again to...

    Post Help on analyzing brick

I'm sure you understood what I meant when I said JF6. It is certainly a rom and the process mentioned in Icezar's thread is one of the preferred methods of downgrading a newer model captivate that is on stock froyo. Let's hope that we have answered and clarified all questions for the OP.

    Post Help on analyzing brick

Yes search for other threads about oneclick NOT being cooperative with newer model captivate sthat came with stock froyo. I said he was on the right track because the correct method to go back to stock is JF6. Which can be found in Icezar1's continuum thread which requires odin 1.3, the pda...

    Post Help on analyzing brick

A lot of people on here have bricked their captivates by using OneClick Odin. What happened was that your replacement captivate came with stock froyo which does not work with OneClickOdin. You were on the right track by going to stock JF6. Not sure why it failed for you but if you would have...

    Post Odin freeze's

Are you using the oneclick version of Odin? What bootloaders were you running before you used Odin? Try using Icezar's method to get back to stock in this thread. Don't forget to say thanks when it works ;) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=995143

Adam, If your still in need of a oscilloscope I found this neat article on how to make one with an Arduino and some pre-made code. Hope this might be of interest and help you. http://hackaday.com/2011/05/21/xosci...-oscilloscope/

Post [ROM]NEW X10x EWJet xKernel [85,000+ dls!] ZKERNEL and FREEKERNEL for .67 BB(24JUL11)

Erick, Thanks so much for the quick response. I actually made a mistake it's x10a. It's an ATT phone so I'm pretty sure the baseband is .55 (don't have the phone in front of me and flashed the last rom over 3 months ago). So basically my steps are to flash stock eclair (x10 a) generic from...

Post [ROM]NEW X10x EWJet xKernel [85,000+ dls!] ZKERNEL and FREEKERNEL for .67 BB(24JUL11)

Just had to pop in after seeing such pleasant reviews of this rom. Have a very quick question. Currently my sister in law's xperia x10i is running the Scamble custom rom. So yeah it's a froyo 2.2 version. I am going to flash your Rom and was just going to go into xrecovery factory wipe, clear...

Post [Cyanogen6.1.3]gingerbread[v01] - Fully Working Camera

Yes you are correct. This is a Froyo build which has a gingerbread theme. If you look at the first post you'll see the Gingerbread theme is mentioned under features and see that the "about phone" screenshot shows that it is in fact a Froyo build.
