  • Hey dwang, Hope you are on board with my decision to use your rom for Maps with Navigation. I have tried your rom vs cyanogens for some time now, and your rom kicks ass over his. It's fast!! Anyway I just thought I would thank you for the opportunity to put your rom back out there with something new.
so if i am using the new recovery-RA-1.2.2.IMG, it has the option to do the ext-linux-swap partition - will this do this for me?
    dwang,
i went to flash this rom and after the android splash screen, it stayed black. can you please explain to me how to do --> STEP 10. for G1/Dream users [may need to format /system/sd (/dev/block/mmcblk0p2) partition if getting black screen]

    THANKS,
    motor

I havnt tried to run the other command yet because I want to know if there is something I need to do. I tried to run it before but it gave me an error. cant remember whatit was tho... Please help me with this. This is going on 3 days now trying to get stuff to install to my sd card.
Hey, I followed your post for how to run apps off the sd card...I got all the way through to step 10 fine. no errors.

Im stuck on 11. I dont seem to have the same directories and my card is partitioned correctly. I went into ubuntu and checked the partitions and all is what it should be but i dont have the /system/sd directory. this is what I get

    # busybox df -h
    busybox df -h
Filesystem Size Used Available Use% Mounted on
    tmpfs 48.4M 0 48.4M 0% /dev
    tmpfs 4.0M 0 4.0M 0% /sqlite_stmt_journals
    /dev/block/mtdblock3 67.5M 67.2M 344.0K 100% /system
    /dev/block/loop0 1.5M 1.5M 0 100% /system/modules
    /dev/block/loop1 3.1M 3.1M 0 100% /system/xbin
    /dev/block/mtdblock5 74.8M 3.5M 71.3M 5% /data
    /dev/block/mtdblock4 67.5M 1.1M 66.4M 2% /cache
    /dev/block/mmcblk0p1 5.5G 49.2M 5.4G 1% /sdcard
Hey I followed your guide to move apps to sd card.. all went well except now i can not see the Fat32 on the sdcard. any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance
