The rom flashes compleatly fine and you messed up something dtbo/vbmeta firmware-update folder in pe zip vendor in recovery zip so you messed it up

Make sure your device is detected in fastboot

Note: This OTA will fail due to some OTA updater changes in the prev build becuase of stupid windows/unix file endings Also will provide a updated rec+fw zip for new users so they can flash any other zips after pe ( the rec will be auto updated if you install the new builds anyway )
