Currently using 12/11. There have been 2 updates since, I flashed the firmware before the 12/27 update and both of the last 2 updates are showing as corrupt. Sent from my OnePlus 3 using Tapatalk

Yeah I've never had any issues before. So I'm using the correct firmware. I don't get an error message as such, I just press update and reboot then it boots into TWRP and just waits there for me to do something. If I try to flash it manually in TWRP that's when I get the error message saying...

The last 2 updates have been corrupt zip files for me and won't flash. I'm using the updates from the CM updater. Sent from my OnePlus 3 using Tapatalk

For me, the last 2 updates have felt really sluggish and laggy. Also, the fingerprint sensor isn't anywhere near as quick as it should be. Is this because I keep dirty flashing? I really don't want to clean flash. It's a big effort but if that's the only way? Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003...
