Not connecting from usb to computer On cm11 and have turned on usb(I think) on s2 989 hercules in developer options but it does not get recognized by my xp computer--- same happens on S4 of friends running stock kit kat-- what am I doing wrong please?

Not registered I spent weeks trying to solve this, trying everything but this, I'll give it a try but would like to know more about ways to get this to work!

Maybe because he likes to tether! or, how can you tether using SHOstock3? which I really like on another phone!
