Upgraded from the HTC 10 to my unlocked HTC U11 but now when I try to call anyone I no longer have the option to video call them? The camera option is grayed out. I can not receive video calls as well. I'm on Verizon. Any help? Ideas?

This may be a stupid question, but on the M8 I could add sounds into the notification folder to use for texts and such. Now, the 10 is not allowing it "read only" it says. Also, no addition button similar to the ringtones. Is there something I'm overlooking? Or for a simple sound file move am...
