I have the same issue with every boot. You have to disable the smart lock from 'trust agents', reboot, re-enable, for it to work again. Very frustrating actually...

Same issue here. This started with last week's update. Whatsapp now floods me with messages when I open it, and downloads pause in the background.

Cleared the system partition, reflashed RR only. Still no VOLTE.

I erased system, data, caches; flashed latest firmware, RR, gaps, xposed from TWRP. No errors. Should I try something else?

I second this - VoLTE not working VoLTE indeed not working in this update.

Flash a different rom? How did you flash the 10c on the 818P? Do you have root?
