I got it to work but you have to turn off lte then turn it back on. Lets say band 1 is 25 2 is 26 3 is 41 to make it scan for 26 first change it to 1 then turn off lte in the same menu then turn it back one to get it to pick that band 26 thats how i speed test all bands when im in a spark area...

1 yes. 2 all network works as it did before unlock. Cdma wont work when the phone is in gsm and gsm wont work when phone is in cdma.

As long as your baseband is MDC you'll have the service menu. If it isn't MDC, you wont. No if, ands, or buts. If the dialer code isn't working, BE PATIENT. The more **** that's on the phone, the slower it works. I've had service menus pop up immediately and sometimes it takes ~30 seconds...
