Post [HD/HD+] Dummies Guide for Installing CM 10.1/10.2 (and now CM 11) (Updated 7-13-14)
Can't boot from MicroSDHC card I followed the instructions and created the bootable microsdhc card (samsung 32gb class 6) and when I put it in the nook hd+ and powered it on, it's not booting into it. Any suggestions?- ekimzulad
