Is anyone else having troubles with the IR blaster? Can't seem to get the remote control functionality to work on the latest build.

Reporting in: I do not boot straight into LTE with this update. I went into airplane mode and switched the apn from EHRPD (vzwinternet) to LTE - Verizon Internet and LTE fired right up. Everything else looks and works great. Thanks so much for an amazing release and all of your hard work...

ART only runs hot during the first recompile of all the apps. After it cools off, there's pretty much no difference in temperature between Dalvik and ART. The only reason it's running so warm during that first boot is that the phone is under a really heavy load for a long duration. Regardless...

The latest gapps offered by PA are compatible with both odex and de-odex'd ROMs :good:

When you flash a new nightly without wiping data and you've enabled art, don't wipe your cache. This is what I've found to break root. Flash ROM > gapps > reboot

Thanks for the truly awesome build. Everything seem great except root apps won't work with ART runtime enabled. Does anyone know a fix for this?

I'm on it currently. A few reboots here and there. Oddly enough when it boots there's some lag, a black screen, then a reboot and it balances out and works fine. Not sure what's happening there, but that's my only hiccup. Most everything I've tried is functional, even the IR blaster! Edit...
