I have the same problem. Did you find a solution yet? Everytime I try to wipe cache/dalvik I get Could not mount /data and unable to find crypto footer. Failed to mount '/data' (Invalid argument) Unable to recreate /data/media folder. Updating partition details... Failed to mount '/data'...

I'm also not able to post the link, but I can confirm that the method works. I'm on the cm-13.0-20161204-NIGHTLY-condor.zip . Bootprocess took a bit longer than common but it's working.
