Post [RECOVERY][3.4.0-11][fajita]Official/Unofficial TWRP recovery for OnePlus 6T (Stable)

Thank you for the extra detail, I was going to attempt this but as of this morning, without me even doing anything, 5GHz has decided to start working. Apart from a couple of reboots, I've not done anything.

Post [RECOVERY][3.4.0-11][fajita]Official/Unofficial TWRP recovery for OnePlus 6T (Stable)

Thanks for your post, I've just upgraded to 10.0.1 and hit the same 5GHz wifi bug. When you say "flashed 10.0.1 again via local upgrade", can you elaborate on how one does this? I've only ever flashed upgrade zips through TWRP an am not sure what you mean. Also, once this is done, what's the...

Does it still work fine when dealing with Android 10 though?

Post [RECOVERY][3.4.0-11][fajita]Official/Unofficial TWRP recovery for OnePlus 6T (Stable)

So now that .28 is out and it seems generally more safe to upgrade to Android Q, what's the simplest method? Do we still have to mess about with pre-patched boot images or does .28 do away with that? I'm used to the 'classic' method of: Flash new official OP6T rom Flash TWRP installer Flash...

Post [Guide] Notification FIX - Works 100%

Ah OK, sorry, the wording was so similar and with us all doing the same thing on the same device I thought it was just a typo. Yes, both mine and my wife's 6Ts are on 9.0.15. Only hers has the Magisk module posted here though as mine works fine without any of the fixes mentioned here. As I...

Post [Guide] Notification FIX - Works 100%

I've no idea why but my OnePlus 6T gets instant notifications across any app I need simply by disabling Battery Optimisation for that app and locking the app in the task switcher. My wife's OnePlus 6T however hardly gets any notifications through, using the same procedure as on my phone. I...

Post [MOD][4.4+] MifitTcxExport based on oficial Mifit to export workouts to file/Strava

This is some great work and much appreciated. Sadly, the mod doesn't work at all on my OnePlus 6T (Android Pie). As soon as I tap the export button in top right of the map, I am taken back to the "All Workouts" screen. A second attempt then causes the whole app to crash :(

Post [How To] Bypass Lloyds and Santander Root Detection

Does anyone have NatWest fingerprint login working with Magisk 18? I can enable it and it works for a little while (a day or so) but eventually throws an error on launch stating fingerprint login cannot be used on modified or rooted devices. OnePlus 6T on stock rom. I've followed all the best...

Post [RECOVERY][3.4.0-11][fajita]Official/Unofficial TWRP recovery for OnePlus 6T (Stable)

I did pretty much the same (starting off on TWRP .8) although did only the steps I thought necessary, so: Reboot into recovery and install TWRP .12 and Magisk 18 (I'd read previously that Magisk can need re-applying after updating TWRP but you didn't do this and were OK, so maybe not). Reboot...

Post [MODULE] Detach3 - Detach Market Links

I really don't know how you can read my post and not conclude I already tried that but just to be absolutely clear I have tried reinstalling it. Multiple times. I've checked my detach.custom and made sure it's in the root before reflashing detach from twrp. I'm familiar with this process having...

Post [MODULE] Detach3 - Detach Market Links

Yes, this has stopped working for me now too. I've had it working for quite a while and am used to having to re-apply it after each upgrade but now, even when I re-flash the detach zip from recovery, YouTube still appears in my updates list. OnePlus 3 Android 7.1.1.

Post [Q] Reflashed stock, now stuck on 4.3

I'm in the UK. I managed to get some help from Josh at Nvidia and he reset the OTA flag their end and the update popped up instantly. It seems Nvidia add devices which have had the update (or think have had it) to a 'group' which can then prevent those devices seeing it again.

Post [Q] Reflashed stock, now stuck on 4.3

Thanks eikast, I've just tried that too but the problem remains. If I go to Settings -> About Shield -> System Updates -> Check Now it simply says "Your system is up to date" even though it's running 4.3 (build no JSS15J.01.00.14422.0068)

Thread [Q] Reflashed stock, now stuck on 4.3

I used SHIELD RAM to reflash back to stock (was previously rooted on KitKat) which went fine but I can't convince the Shield to get any updates, it just says "Your system is up to date". I tried doing a factory reset from Recovery Mode but still nothing. I wondered if something had gone wrong...
