Ok, so I installed the RUU from teh HTC site, I still have no network connectivity. Did you mean that you would expec the RUU to resolve my issues in the respect that I woudl then eb able to connect to a network, or did you mean that it would work after the 2.1 upgrade? Thanks again

It is rooted, when I hold home and power on with home still pressed it just loads as normal - shows the HTC boot screen?

Thanks. The issue I now have is that when i try and enter the bootloader. Vol down + Power. I only have <VOL UP> FastBoot Mode <BACK> Simlock No Recovery option, what am I doing wrong? Sorry for the extended noobisum ;)

Hi all, Ok so I got really drunk a few weeks ago and attempted to flash my Hero, Stupid I know :/. I cant really remember what happened, I have a slight memory of upgrading the Radio ROM. - But not 100% The issue I have is that it will not recognize any networks, I take the SIMM from my 100%...

MMS Hey, My MMS does not work with this ROM and I am unable to get my settings sent direct from O2. Can anyone give me the required settings for use with this device, O2 and MMS? I have the settings for use with 3G HSDPA etc its just the downloading and sending of MMS that Im having problems...

None that I know of. How about RDP into your desktop while mobile and download via P2P that way. Install XAMPP on your desktop and you could host the downloaded file using FTP or HTTP and download from the device. Could be wrong but pretty sure all those connetions would lag it out really...

Why? this would destroy any data allowance you had with your providor. Its blatently against any TOS they have. Use your desktop ? O2 TOS state : http://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/tariffsandboltons I quoted the wrong part, on that above link under "Data Bolt On Terms" it says the same.
