Solution Problem Fixed I just had to link the IMEI with the SIM and it's working fine. So if anyone else has this problem with unlocking XFINITY Samsung Galaxy Note 8 that is how I resolved the issue. If the phone is paid off then you can request unlock codes and use it on any carrier.
