You probably have wifi off when sleeping. You need to go to settings /wifi/advanced and change the setting to never turn off WiFi. But this will use more battery.

Love this battery I have this same battery and for me it last me a good full day and a half of heavy use. With how much I do with my phone, the stock battery would last me 6 hours on a good day.

The judgement says they can't block how you use your data be it software or hardware meaning they can't charge you for tethering and as such were told to unblock tethering apps.

About a week after this discovery Verizon was told they could not charge for tethering by the fcc. They will not charge for tethering if you are on a 4g plan. I expect the update to 4.1 should remove the check and maybe the native Tether app.

Got it, the Samsung screen used to show up and say unlocked, but now Samsung flashes for a millisecond and then moves on. Cool!

You could use tasker or locale to trigger desktop mode when charging. It won't know the difference though between that and normal charging/sync
