Yeah that would be crazy fast for EDGE. I get ~15mbps down and ~3mbps up normally when I have the H. So my getting .25mbps down and up would indicate something is wrong.

Yeah I should have mentioned that. When I'm getting my slow speeds, I'm still showing an H for HSPA+.
