I could repeate the procedure without errors (the new value was saved) but still it did not help... ;( On the other hand it did not harm the phone :) so, u are not loosing anything for trying. :)

You mentioned about LTE. I hoped at least 3G (WCDMA) will work... because for me it is only 2G available and unblocking all 3G bands I hoped it will work... :(

andrewschumi, I have follow the same steps as donpinsen did (see first message in this thread). You need two archives: 1. Unlock_bands_of_your_qualcomm_device!.zip 2. Modified HTCDiagDriver-Xiaomi.zip

You skipped step 6: adb shell su setprop persist.usb.eng 1 - What does it make?
