All I wanted is to change my screen density that's why i want to root my device. Is there any way to change it without rooting it anymore?

This is totally different from Malaysk's 4.4.4 right?

I bought a new unit from Eonon. It's called GA5163F. I'd like to root it, i'm not sure if it's 800x480 or 1024x600. Looks like its a KLD. Here's some more details on it: Information is scattered all over this thread and i'm not sure which one is the exact one I actually need.

Also, what's the best way to find out what resolution my unit has? My GA5163 is 800x480, i want to find out if its the same with the GA5163F Eonon released a new version of my radio which is GA5163F, it now has the RK3188 quad core with 4.4.4 already installed.

Based on the first page of this thread, Is the resolution 1024 if I have the RK3188?

pants001, will try to look for that rooted rom. But normally I just use the stock launcher and not the NEXT launcher.

Hello again everyone, i'm planning to get a new unit from Eonon and get the updated version of the GA5163 which is the GA5163F. GA5163F is on 4.4.4 RK3188. I'm not sure if it comes rooted already., but in case it's not, what do I do in order to root it? Can I use any of Malaysk firmwares...

Hi Malaysk, What does this fix? +++ Added modified file MTCBackView, which is responsible for reverse video. My backup camera video is laggy and is not smooth when trying to backup, will this fix it? Thanks!

I updated my 4.2.2 with Malaysk's 4.4.4 with NEXT launcher. It works well but is there anyway to get rid of the launcher? I'm kinda not feeling it. Thanks!
